Attorney Profiles

Justin D. Bonestroo is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and he has an undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.  He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Justin concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law.  His practice involves drafting and/or administering wills, irrevocable and revocable trusts, beneficiary designations, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, irrevocable life insurance trusts, LLCs, guardianships and conservatorships, medical assistance planning, deeds, purchase agreements, CICs and 1031 Property Transfers.

Justin grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. He worked his way through law school as a law clerk for Eckberg Lammers. Just months following his graduation from William Mitchell College of Law, Bonestroo was promoted as an attorney with the firm.

Bonestroo is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association in the Trust and Probate Section, Real Property Section and the Elder Law Section. He also belongs to the Ramsey County Bar Association and the 19th District Bar Association.

Locally, Bonestroo is an active member of the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary, Coaches Community Athletics and participates in a high school mentoring program. He currently lives in the St. Croix Valley with his lovely wife Kristy.
