02. 01.10 Daniel Bakken joins Eckberg Lammers: The Law Firm of Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling, P.L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Daniel Bakken has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Dan was an associate attorney with the Duluth law firm of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. were he focused his practice on civil litigation, family law, and debtor/creditor law.
Dan received his B.S. in Political Science and graduated with highest honors from North Dakota State University in 2000. He is a 2005 graduate of North Dakota School of Law where he graduated with distinction. He maintains licenses to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. At Eckberg Lammers, Dan will focus his practice on litigation primarily in assisting lenders, businesses, and other creditors with collection issues.
