Nicholas J. Vivian practices in the areas of municipal law, business and commercial, real estate transactions and creditor's rights. He serves clients throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. His business practice involves counseling clients in the areas of business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and work outs.
Mr. Vivian received his law degree from Hamline University in 2003, graduating magna cum laude. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Michigan University in 2000, summa cum laude. Prior to joining the firm, Nick practiced in New Richmond, WI.
Nick is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Wisconsin State Bar Association. He serves as a board member for the WI Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America.
Mr. Vivian lives in New Richmond with his wife Karen and children. He is active in community affairs. He serves as a board member of the St. Croix Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Hudson Daybreak Rotary.
