Thomas Phillip Raisbeck

Thomas P. Raisbeck joined Eckberg Lammers in 2011 and concentrates primarily on family law and criminal defense. Tom has criminal law experience in OWI defense, misdemeanors and felonies. In family court Tom has regularly served as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children in custody and physical placement disputes gaining an invaluable perspective he uses to his clients advantage. Tom represents clients in divorce, paternity and post-divorce cases helping them through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Tom also has experience in estate planning and real estate transactions. Tom drafts wills and other estate planning documents for clients. He helps his clients carry out their final wishes while making tax conscious decisions and taking measures to protect assets. Additionally, Tom assists clients in buying and selling property. He has experience ranging from residential homes sales to large farm sales.

He is graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was a Judicial Intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court Commissioners office. Tom is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar association and St. Croix Valley Bar Association. He is a North Hudson resident and enjoys spending time outdoors in St. Croix Valley.
