Hugh H. Gwin joined Eckberg Lammers in 2010. His practice includes real estate, zoning, business and corporate matters, estate planning and trusts and probate. Hugh graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and University of North Dakota School of Law. Before joining Eckberg Lammers Hugh was a private practitioner in Hudson, Wisconsin. He is a licensed Title Insurance Agent Certified Distressed Property Expert. Hugh is a guest lecturer at seminars for real estate professionals and continuing education programs. He has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, serves as a “neutral” in broker and real estate related mediation and arbitration. He has handled IRS Code Section 1031 Deferred Exchanges of real property for over 25 years. He a director on several for-profit and non-profit boards and has been active all his life in Boy Scouting. He enjoys canoeing, camping, sailing and teaching alpine skiing.
