Amanda E. Prutzman

Amanda E. Prutzman joined Eckberg Lammers in 2011 and is a member of the banking litigation practice group.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School where she served on the Moot Court Executive Board and was a judicial intern to Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson.  Amanda also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Her practice involves civil litigation before State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  In addition to prosecuting contract claims, Amanda specializes in lender liability defense including tort claims and claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Wisconsin Consumer Act.  Amanda is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
