Andrew J. Pratt Joins Eckberg Lammers
STILLWATER, MN (August 10th, 2011) —the law firm of Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling, PLLP welcomes Andrew J. Pratt as the newest member of the firm’s Banking and Finance group. Andy focuses his practice on banking and commercial law, municipal law matters, public finance, and economic development transactions.

Andy has substantial transactional experience representing municipalities and lending institutions in complex financial transactions. He has developed a niche background in the area of public finance, assisting clients with the issuance of municipal bonds for public infrastructure projects and drafting contracts for tax increment financing (TIF) and economic development projects.
Andy is the fifth member of the banking and finance group and practices out of the Stillwater office. The group provides legal counsel and service in complex business planning, commercial real estate transaction, land use and development and lender rights.
