Amanda E. Prutzman Joins Eckberg Lammers

Prutzman has joined the firm as an associate attorney and will practice in the firm's Stillwater, MN office. Ms. Prutzman practice focuses in Banking and Finance Law. She specializes in lender liability defense including tort claims and claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Wisconsin Consumer Act.
She was previously an associate at a Plymouth, MN based law firm and focused her practice in Business Law. She is a member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers and an active volunteer at the Volunteer lawyers Network. Amanda is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Wisconsin State Bar Association and licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
